By accessing or using the Deadsailor BMX website (the "Site") or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Product Information, Pricing, and Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Components, colors, or specifications may occasionally change slightly.

2.2 Pricing and Payment
  • All prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices listed do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
  • We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal.
2.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., product availability, pricing errors).

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We use Royal Mail and DPD.

3.2 Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deadsailor BMX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

3.3 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

3.4 Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that appears damaged, you must immediately document the damage with the carrier and notify Deadsailor BMX customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Deadsailor BMX Returns and Exchanges Policy

4.1 Eligibility Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

4.2 Condition of Goods

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • BMX Components/Parts: Must be in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition.
  • Apparel/Soft Goods: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Custom-built bikes or components (e.g., custom wheel builds).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4.4 Return Process
  1. Request Authorization (RMA): Before shipping any item back, you must contact customer service at info@deadsailorbmx.co.uk to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
  2. Packaging: Securely package the items, including a copy of the original receipt and the assigned RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
4.5 Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Error (Changed Mind/Size Swap): The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): Deadsailor BMX will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for items that are defective or incorrect.
4.6 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Deadsailor BMX are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in making a claim but do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer's stated warranty.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Deadsailor BMX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
